5 Volume (1.5%) : For deposit or gray blending only

10 Volume (3%) : For deposit and minimal lift

20 Volume (6%) : 1-2 levels of lift or optimal overage 

30 Volume (9%) : 2-3 levels of lift

40 Volume (12%)  : 3-4 levels of lift / (Double) 4 levels of lift
